awesome, soft, soft bread — remember to bake on the 2nd rise when it’s 1/2″ to 1″ over the lip of your 8×4 baking pan!
2.5 cups white
1/2 cup wheat
2 TSP yeast
3 tbs sugar
1.25 cups milk
*** no salt****
4 tbs vital wheat gluten
mix, knead, rise til double, flatten, roll + pinch, bake 300 for 25 mins with preheat.
da uber bread. This stuff came out fluffy, tasty, etc. Very, very nice. I think next time I’ll try it with only 3 tbs of gluten though.
