Notez que c’est le meme problemme avec:

[root@qa01:/] rmdev -l hdisk32 -d
rmdev: 0514-521 Cannot find information in the predefined device
configuration database for the customized device hdisk32.

Mais en ca cas c’est parce que j’ai change’ le SAN que nous utilisions.

J’ecrive un peut en anglais. Mais j’essaye ecriver suelment en francais. Est-ce que vous aimez dire, “pourquoi pas en anglais?” Pas en anglais p/c j’aime beaucoup la lange francais.

I write a little in english. But i try to write only in french. Did you mean to say, “Why not in english?” Not en english because I like french a lot.

Mon francais n’ est pas tres bon.

In red hat, the lvm stuff is much easier. Just use lvdisplay, pvdisplay, vgdisplay, lvcreate, pvcreate, vgcreate, lvremove, vgremove, and generally lv|pv|vg + tab-tab will give you lots of items to choose from.

Just going back to look up information and see if you had anything on LVM etc for RedHat.
I am build out a server with two HBA’s and an IBM DS3400.

Showing up with a few errors. Oh well on the phone with IBM on Monday.

PS are you on linkedin? I see a couple of Dennis Comeaux there. The most likely on is located in Jacksonville. But I think that was pervious residence / employment.
